Installation • QR + NFC • Tappy • Smart QR

Installation Process

Set up your Smart QR and NFC in minutes. Follow these steps for maximum scans and more Google reviews.

Step 1

Share your business categories

Share the categories that you think are relevant for your business and discuss them with our team. (Example: service, pricing, delivery, staff, ambience, quality, etc.)

  • Share your business name, city & category
  • Tell us what reviews you want (SEO, enquiries, trust, etc.)
  • We help you choose the best categories
Step 2

We finalize reviews with Local SEO keywords

Our team will finalize review templates and share them with you for approval — with local SEO keywords (city + service) included naturally.

  • Keyword-rich but natural (not fake)
  • Multiple options so reviews don’t look repetitive
  • You can request edits before setup begins
Step 3

Setup begins and your business page is created

After approval, we start the setup and create your business-specific Smart QR review page.

  • Your dedicated Smart QR page goes live
  • Works on mobile instantly (Scan → Copy → Paste on Google)
  • QR + NFC mapped to the same page
Step 4

Dispatch & delivery

Once setup is ready, we dispatch your QR sticker / standee / NFC (if included in your plan).

  • Delivery depends on location & courier
  • We share tracking details (when available)
  • All items are pre-configured
Step 5

Place QR where customers can see it

Place the QR code on the billing counter or include it in a bill/invoice — anywhere customers can easily see it after service/purchase.

  • Best: Billing counter / reception desk
  • Also good: Bills/invoices, packaging, table tents
  • Avoid: Hidden corners or low footfall areas

Best placement ideas (high conversion)

✅ Billing counter / reception desk
✅ Sticker on invoice or bill folder
✅ Table tents (restaurants/cafes)
✅ Packaging / delivery bags
✅ WhatsApp follow-up message
✅ Visiting card / brochure

Troubleshooting

QR not scanning?
Improve lighting, clean the sticker surface, avoid curved placement, and use the phone camera or an appropriate QR code scanning app.
NFC not working?
NFC not working?
Ensure NFC is enabled on the phone, tap properly, avoid metal surfaces, and place the phone correctly — on most Android phones NFC works near the back center/top or often near the camera, while on iPhones it works near the top edge of the phone.
Customer says “What to write?”
That’s exactly what Smart QR solves — customers choose an option and copy/edit the suggested review.
