Refund Policy

We aim to keep things fair and transparent. Please read the policy below before placing an order.

Overview

Tappy (Smart QR) provides a digital AI review page service along with optional physical items such as QR stickers and NFC standees. Because the setup involves time, customization, and/or shipping, refunds depend on the order stage.

Eligible for Refund

  • Before setup starts (within 24 hours): Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of order placement and before any page creation, QR setup, or NFC mapping has started are eligible for a refund.
  • Payment made by mistake (duplicate payment): If you paid twice for the same order, we will refund the duplicate amount after verification.

Not Eligible for Refund

  • After setup has started: Once page creation, QR generation, template setup, or NFC mapping work has started, refunds are not provided.
  • After delivery/shipping: If physical items (QR sticker / NFC standee) have been shipped or delivered, refunds are not provided.
  • Change of mind: If you no longer want the service after setup/delivery, refunds are not provided.
  • Performance expectations: Google rankings/reviews depend on customer behavior and many external factors; refunds are not provided based on expected outcomes.

Replacement / Fixes

If there is a technical issue in the AI review page, QR not opening, or NFC not tapping correctly, we will fix it. If an NFC item is defective on arrival, we will replace it after verification.

How to Request a Refund

  • Send a WhatsApp message with your Business Name + Phone + Payment reference.
  • Our team will verify the status (setup started / shipped / delivered) and confirm eligibility.

Note: If you have a custom/enterprise order, the refund terms may differ based on your agreed scope.
