1) About the Service

Tappy provides AI-guided review pages that help customers write better, keyword-rich Google reviews. Customers always post reviews from their own Google account. We do not post reviews on your behalf.

2) Google Policy & Review Compliance

• Customers write and submit reviews themselves.
• We do not create fake reviews, do not submit reviews, and do not guarantee review approval by Google.
• You agree not to use our service to incentivize, manipulate, or mislead customers into posting reviews.

3) Setup & Delivery

• Setup timelines depend on the details you share (business name, city, category, GBP/review link, keywords).
• If physical items (QR sticker / NFC standee) are included, delivery timelines depend on courier service and location.
• You are responsible for sharing correct business details and the correct Google review / GBP link.

4) Plans, Validity & Renewals

• Plan validity (1 Year / 3 Years / Lifetime) is based on the duration selected during purchase.
• Lifetime means access for as long as the service is actively maintained and available under the same product line.
• If a plan expires, services/features may pause until renewal (if applicable).

5) Refunds

Refund requests are handled as per our Refund Policy. Please review the Refund Policy page for eligibility and process.

6) Service Limitations & No Guarantees

• We do not guarantee a specific number of reviews, star rating, or Google ranking improvements.
• Results depend on customer participation, business quality, and Google’s algorithms/policies.
• We may update templates, UI, and features over time to improve performance.

7) Your Responsibilities

• Use the service legally and ethically.
• Do not attempt to spam customers or misuse templates for misleading content.
• Keep your QR/NFC items placed responsibly and not in a way that violates third-party rules.

8) Intellectual Property

The website design, templates, UI components, and platform logic are owned by Tappy. You receive the right to use the delivered page/QR/NFC mapping for your business during your plan validity.

9) Suspension / Termination

We may suspend or terminate service if we detect misuse, fraud, abuse, or violation of Google policies or these terms. In such cases, refunds may not apply.

10) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page.
